Our lumber clients expect a seamless service – and that’s what they get – every time.

We manage their sales and export documentation, provide regular access to break bulk shipping and minimise costs wherever possible from wharf gate to customer.

By getting to know and understand our clients we are able to help them grow their export volumes and maximise their wharf gate returns.

We focus on break bulk shipping of lumber because it offers our clients significant cost savings and access to markets and ports not serviced by container lines.

Break bulk shipping lends itself to green sawn products – industrial grade and flitch – of which there is a growing demand globally. Our focus is on furniture, packaging and constructions markets in Asia.

The most important aspect of our service is providing transparency to our clients. We work closely with them to ensure they understand each step in the process, the costs involved as well as providing the opportunity for them to meet and understand their customers directly.

With direct access to all major log ports around the world – this includes having people on the ground in China and Korea – and our New Zealand-based staff travelling regularly we are able to facilitate a smooth sales and shipping process, as well as securing orders and sourcing future sales for our clients. We are well equipped to handle the inevitable ups and downs of the market as we have at least two staff on average overseas in Asia at any point in time.

Our clients have peace of mind knowing that their shipments and sales are in the best possible hands.
