We run an open book. Our clients’ are granted unfettered access to information about their customers, sales prices, sea freight and costs associated with the export of logs, and receive constant, regular updates. Because it’s our business to take care of their business.

Our open book policy enables clients to monitor the revenues and costs associated with their logs every step of the way. What’s more, we are very clear about who we work for. We are not log traders or purchasers ourselves. We work alongside clients, on their behalf.

At TPT, we value long-term commitment. Our company has been working in this industry since 1997 and we are here for the long haul. Hence, we take both environmental and business sustainability seriously. We encourage sustainably managed forestry practices and much of our supply is from sustainably-harvested forests.

Health & Safety and the Environment

At TPT all our directors and staff take personal responsibility for making health and safety a vital part of the business. Our objective is to create a workplace where everyone views health and safety to be as innate and important as quality, performance, and service.

Through detailed and encompassing health and safety management, we are continually looking to improve our health and safety performance across all aspects of the business. We champion health and safety by inspiring our people, service providers, clients, and customers to create zero-harm workplaces. We have partnered with ecoPortal who provide the platform for our HS&E system that has been customised to suit our business needs. This system allows us to easily record and report on any safety and environmental events we at TPT have, and those of our service providers.

Competent management of the environmental impacts of our operations is also central to our business. We seek to continually improve environmental outcomes by ensuring that these are considered as part of day-to-day operations management.
